Highly recommend Parking Spot at the Columbus airport. Very fair pricing and my car was secure during ny travel. Drivers are nice and load your bags onto the shuttle bus, take you directly to your car, and are willing to load your bags into your car. Overall very satisfied.

I love not having to wait for the shuttle. We pull in a spot and the shuttle is there. We return from the trip and the shuttle is there already or within a minute. I use to park in the green lot at Port Columbus and it would take forever before a shuttle would appear. Other lot shuttles would send 2 0r 3 shuttles to the the one green lot shuttle. The Parking Spot is my new favorite lot for parking plus the loyalty program and perks.

Quick pick-up by the shuttle both going to the airport and returning from it. The drivers are always very helpful and friendly. (Don't forget to tip!)

Super easy to use! Used during recent snow storm and did not have to wait at airport to be picked up and taken directly to our car. Friendly and efficient. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Inexpensive if you purchase a spot ahead of time through the app. Got me to my flight on time. Just make sure to get a card with your parking spot number so you can hand it to the driver on your way back to your car.

Booking is easy to do through the app. Pricing was reasonable, with the 25% discount. Showing the location of the shuttle is very helpful. I realize there was a lot of snow, but aisles were tough to navigate.

Best parking deal at CMH! Make your reservation early online for the best price. I paid $7.25/day. The shuttle picks you up right at your car. When I returned home, I waited 5 minutes for the shuttle. Nice, safe drivers!

The services offered are incredibly user-friendly and definitely worth every penny. The shuttle service runs reliably throughout the day, whether you need a pick-up at 5 AM or 5 PM. Shuttle drivers are consistently friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. I never have to worry about the safety of my car, as the parking spot is excellent. I highly recommend the Parking Spot for all your parking needs!

A little over a year ago, a neighbor mentioned using The Parking Spot for airport parking. I'll admit I was a little skeptical about the idea of parking off the airport grounds. How could it really compete? Having parked there several times now, I get it. Getting people into the lot, to and from the airport, and back on the road is their ENTIRE business. It is not an additional service they are expected to provide as with the airport provided parking. Therefore, they have to do it better to remain in business. Their app is great for making the process efficient. There are often sales, so if you plan ahead you can save money. And they pick you up from your car right away and get you to the airport and our experience is that they are quicker to pick us up on our return. Today we returned to Columbus in extremely cold weather (-5 wind chill) and after a 12 inch snowfall yesterday. Our driver Yonas was cheerful and helpful, going above and beyond to help with our bags and make sure we were able to be on our way. The Parking Spot has our future business. I only wish we'd tried it sooner!

Drivers are great! Always helpful and personable. Convienient, and when using covered parking, keeps your car out of the snow in the winter. If you have not used them, allow for time to be picked up by the shuttle bus to be taken to the departure area. I have been using the Parking Spot for years and highly reccomend.
